This is probably the main baking product we can't live without

Half-Sheet Baking Parchment Paper

“The workhorse of my kitchen — this is hands down the best parchment paper out there. It makes for super easy clean up by keeping baked goods from sticking to pans (whether baking sheets or cake pans), can be used multiple times before having to throw it away, is easy to use and cut to size because it lays flat (and you don't have to deal with jagged-edged cutters on a roll). It's also durable enough to use as cornets for piping and can be heated to high temperatures. Plus, it's non-stick!" – Melanie Wanders, Research and Development Specialist

Suction Lids

“The large lid lives permanently on my counter, because there's no use putting it away between washes. I use it to cover bread dough, while cooking on the stove, storing food in the refrigerator, etc. It is consistently the most used item in my kitchen alongside my scale." – Tess Theriot, Customer Operations Lead

Half-Sheet Pan

"I love the quality and durability of our sheet pans, and how easy they are to clean! I use my half-sheet pans at least once a week: for bread, roasted veggies, sheet cakes, pie drippings — all the things!” – Hannah Smith, Customer Experience Supervisor

The easiest way to improve any chocolate recipe.

Espresso Powder

“Adding a little bit of espresso powder is such a simple way to elevate chocolate recipes — it can enhance chocolate flavor without adding a coffee taste. Or, if you are a fan of coffee in baking like me, having a dry ingredient to add strong coffee flavor to a recipe is so convenient.” – Maranda Osgood, Bakers Support Specialist II

Zojirushi Gourmet Sizzler Electric Griddle

“I love the electric griddle because it helps me be a more efficient baker! Whether I’m cooking my way through an entire bag of pancake mix or quickly cooking some Soft Wrap Bread or Sourdough English Muffins, the larger surface area of this griddle ensures that I'm able to spend more time sitting at the table, rather than standing in the kitchen cooking. Bonus: Clean-up is a breeze!" – Molly Marzalek-Kelly, Test Kitchen Associate Manager

Just add water — that's it!

Buttermilk Pancake Mix

“I love how easy it is to make this just-add-water pancake mix. We make pancakes for our four-year-old every other day, and there's no way this would be possible without our mix. I just eyeball the water, and while they come out a little differently every time, they're always delicious. I put a few a chocolate chips from the Chiptastic Chip Blend in each pancake for a special treat." – Sarah Jampel, Senior Manager, Recipe Development and Test Kitchen
