About Sarah Copeland
Award-winning cookbook author, food editor, and longtime contributor to King Arthur Baking, Sarah Copeland brings over 20 years of culinary storytelling to the table. Her work has graced the pages of The New York Times, Food & Wine, Saveur, Real Simple, Martha Stewart Living, and Food Network Magazine, among others. As a former Food Director at Real Simple and a host of the Food Network series Every Day is Saturday, Sarah has a knack for making everyday meals and moments feel extraordinary.
Sarah is also the author of several cookbooks, including Feast, The Newlywed Cookbook, Every Day is Saturday, and Instant Family Meals. Her latest collaborations with King Arthur Baking include Sweet & Salty!, a delightful cookbook designed for young bakers, featuring approachable recipes that inspire creativity and confidence in the kitchen.
A culinary school graduate and certified holistic health educator, Sarah has trained, worked, and taught in New York City, Hungary, and France. She has enjoyed teaching at King Arthur’s Baking School in Vermont, sharing her passion for baking with others. When she's not developing recipes or teaching, Sarah lives in the Hudson Valley with her family, where she loves to garden and host lively backyard parties. Sarah shares her recipes, dinner strategies, and food-focused travel guides on her weekly Substack newsletter, Edible Living.
