Originally from Alabama, Jordan grew up in a household that always had a cake waiting on the counter - ready for an afternoon snack or unexpected company. He pursued a fine arts degree in sculpture in Michigan where he also rediscovered the power of baking by hosting potlucks and sharing baked goods with fellow students. The realization of a new calling lead him to San Fransisco where he worked at several high ranking bakeries. He left with a strong foundation in pastry and the creative itch for developing and sharing recipes. Now settled in Brooklyn NY, Jordan continues to bake professionally, develop recipes and has regular pastry pop ups in his new community.
