Our Vermont flagship
At our Norwich campus, everything we love about baking comes together under one roof. Enjoy a cozy café and bakery serving fresh breads, pastries, sandwiches, and salads made daily with regional ingredients — like Vermont basil, local berry jam, and small-batch cheeses. Visit our thoughtfully stocked store, where a knowledgeable team of bakers is always ready to share tips, recommend tools, and help you find just what you need for all your baking needs. Whether you're here to stock up, grab a bite, or simply explore, our flagship is a place to enjoy, discover, and celebrate everything baking!

This free drop-in event is open to everyone and perfect for kids ages 5 and up. Please note, there will not be a Kid's Drop-In Baking Activity in July due to the holiday weekend.
