Our Vermont flagship
At our Norwich campus, everything we love about baking comes together under one roof. Enjoy a cozy café and bakery serving fresh breads, pastries, sandwiches, and salads made daily with regional ingredients — like Vermont basil, local berry jam, and small-batch cheeses. Visit our thoughtfully stocked store, where a knowledgeable team of bakers is always ready to share tips, recommend tools, and help you find just what you need for all your baking needs. Whether you're here to stock up, grab a bite, or simply explore, our flagship is a place to enjoy, discover, and celebrate everything baking!

Events & Activities
The Baguette Effect: Hunger Action Month
All MonthThe Baguette Effect turns a bakery favorite into an opportunity to give back. During select awareness and celebration months, we donate 50% of baguette sales at our cafe & bakery to a local nonprofit chosen by King Arthur employee-owners. Together, these partnerships support stronger communities.
Hunger Action Month is a reminder that a just and resilient food system starts with ensuring everyone has access to nourishing food. At King Arthur, we support community-led efforts that advance food justice, strengthen food access, and help communities thrive.
This September, we’re recognizing Hunger Action Month by donating 50% of all baguette sales at our cafe & bakery to Vermont Farmers Food Center. Vermont Farmers Food Center works to strengthen local food systems by increasing access to fresh, locally grown food, supporting farmers, and fostering healthy, resilient communities.
