Class Description
Summer is the perfect time for peach and blueberry pie and strawberry tart.
This class focuses on mastering crusts and then devising fillings, using seasonal fruits to their fullest advantage.
You'll mix and roll pastry from scratch, make flavorful fillings, learn decorative edging techniques and bake both a pie and tart to take home.

- Instructor led class in our state-of-the-art classrooms
- Class size limited to 16 participants.
