Class Description
Immerse yourself in this two-day class on all things pie and tart. In this class, we'll work through 5 types of pastry crusts, and then elevate them into different and delicious products, both sweet and savory.
Come unlock the mystery of a hot water crust and fill it with a delicious creamy chicken and mushroom filling. Level up your dessert repertoire with a chocolate tart crust that’s layered with chocolate feuilletine, jam and a decadent whipped chocolate ganache.
This is the just the beginning! After two days, you’ll have the confidence to recreate not just what you learned in class but to experiment and explore a variety of pie and tart possibilities in your own kitchen!
