Class Description

Learn how to craft laminated dough from scratch in this 3-day baking workshop. This comprehensive class covers a range of delectable pastries, including blitz puff pastry, traditional puff pastry, croissants, and Danish. 

You’ll learn to make traditional croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit Danishes, Chausson aux Pommes and Bourekas to name a few. 

Gain the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to master the techniques of laminated dough preparation and savor the satisfaction of creating these beautiful butter layered pastries from start to finish.
