Homemade Hot Chocolate

As the days start to get colder, hot chocolate becomes more and more of a comfort for old and young alike. Rather than stocking up on packets of instant cocoa, we recommend provisioning yourself with a few key pantry staples and making your own homemade version in 5 minutes or less. This quick and easy mix is just the right combination of sweet, creamy, and chocolate-y, and won't leave you wondering what you're drinking. As with any cocoa mix, for best results we recommend that you make this with milk — dairy or non-dairy — rather than water.
