Is it time to refresh your cooking repertoire? We have you covered with this tasty, fun to make recipe- Sheng Jian Bao. A Shanghai Classic, Sheng Jian Bao are plump, crispy-bottomed buns.
In this class, we will be making pork filled buns, but feel free to customize the filling to suit your taste.
