Class Description
We've come up with an international assortment of flatbreads sure to whet your appetite. You'll work on three different flatbreads, naan, whole wheat lavash and a naturally gluten free flatbread called, socca.
Learn the simple techniques for reproducing each specialty while you learn about their cultural settings serving traditions.
You'll make both dough and batter flatbreads and practice working with specialty flours.
