Ginger Spice Cookies

Julie Chistopher

The combination of molasses, ginger, cloves, allspice, and cinnamon come together in these crunchy-on-the-outside/soft-on-the-inside cookies for a lasting impression. The diced crystallized ginger and festive sparkling sugar are must-haves for optimal results. Prep the cookie dough a day ahead of when you plan to bake the cookies to allow the flavors to blend and enhance one another.
