Hot Spinach Dip

King Arthur Test Kitchen

Baking transforms this simple list of ingredients into a dip that everyone will be talking about. The oven’s heat melds the cheeses with spinach and a bit of spice, creating a savory dish that works equally well with breadsticks, pita bread, crackers, or crudités.

  2. Combine all the ingredients except the bread crumbs in a medium bowl. Transfer to a buttered 1-quart casserole dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle the panko (or bread crumbs) over the dip and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly. Serve warm with breadsticks, crostini, chips, or pita breads.

  3. Store the leftover dip, covered, in the fridge for up to 5 days.
