Class Description
Baking expert and cookbook author, Erin Jeanne McDowell will demonstrate how to make glossy Swiss meringue to finish desserts like pies and cakes with a beautiful, sweet flourish.
Erin will provide tips to take meringue to the next level, including how to pipe it onto desserts for incredible impact, and how to toast the meringue for the most decorative flair.
