Do commercial creams have stabilizers in them. In 80’s I tried this and it wouldn’t change to butter. Hood Dairy in RI told me they used stabilizers in their cream. Not mentioned on their label. Had to go to a farm to get real cream. Are stabilizers still in commercial cream or have they been removed?
