I have made these rolls twice now. They have been eaten quickly. However, for us, the filling is not what we enjoy in a great cinnamon roll. It comes out dry, the cinnamon has not absorbed enough butter/liquid and it does remain "dusty". I am going to incorporate a new filling recipe.. still trying them out. but all in all, the rolls are very good.. don't have a clue of the shelf life! LOL, these are gone in two mornings. Thanks for all the goodness you all provide.. recipes, blogs, products. .on to sourdough! ( I am always a bit behind the trendy curve.)
