Thanks for your feedback Gina. We agree that answering blog comments does help other blog viewers with similar troubles, however it can be hard to identify why those troubles might be happening. Each situation is a bit different and our unique responses to each baker's experience and circumstance requires a bit more time and care than we can offer through the comments section on our blogs. One of the reasons that we are so proud of our Bakers Hotline is because of the help we can provide with to bakers with these more complex questions in which the solution may not be completely apparent from just the original question.  Where else can you hope to get such personalized troubleshooting advice? We're happy to chat with you seven days a week on our Baker's Hotline!
