Thank you PJ!! I finally made a loaf of sourdough that’s not only edible, but delicious! I followed the directions only changing the baking vessel - I used a Staub 5.5 qt DO - and baked for 35 minutes. I have struggled to make sourdough bread and this was almost too easy. Thank you thank you!!
