Hi! I tried this recipe over the weekend and used my Le Creuset Dutch oven. I didn’t have any structural issues with the Dutch oven but it did cause some discoloration/splatter-looking patterns inside and outside (FWIW mine is red) - it just kind of looks like it’s been a little more used than it had been. Worked great for the bread though!
