Hi Ann,

I wish I could give you the "go ahead" on the Le Creuset. I don't have experience with them--I do see people baking with them on the internet but I understand not wanting to risk it. You may also bake loaves on a pizza stone, or similar, just be sure to add steam. Happy Baking! Martin
