I understand the Measure for Measure flour is not appropriate for yeasted breads, but what about chemically leavened bread like Irish Soda Bread. I recently tried your flour for a classic soda bread recipe and it was not a success. I made a few other substitutions so I would like to know if the flour was the issue or something else I did. Thanks
