I made this in the spring for the bakealong and loved it so much I plan to give it out next week as Christmas presents to my coworkers. Hoping to really WOW everyone, considering I wowed myself that I was actually able to make this and it was super delicious. I have 8"x4" aluminum disposable pans. Any changes you'd recommend? If this makes 2 9x5" loaves, could I safely get 3 out of it if I'm using the smaller pans? **crosses fingers**
