Well, just finished making it! A lot of fun and it turned out quite beautiful. I love pie crust and the name is perfect! Thanks to PJ for all her work and details in the recipe. I didn't want to wait until tomorrow to try it so I made a mini one with the leftover pie scraps and added in some extra fruit. OMG--delicious! Mine cooked for about an hour
