Hi Marjorie, we haven't tried this recipe with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour and are a bit concerned that the doughnuts won't hold together as well with this flour. For similar recipes you might consider our Gluten-Free Fried Dough recipe, or our Gluten-Free Baked Doughnut recipe. I know these aren't quite like the recipe you're trying to replicate, but they may give you more reliable results. You could also try making this recipe with the Measure for Measure flour, but fry them in a smaller amount of oil, as recommended in the Fried Dough recipe linked above.
