Hi Karen, I like to cover any baked goods that go into the freezer with two layers of plastic. I use our All-Purpose Bread Bags for this purpose, but if you don't have those available, a layer of greased plastic wrap and then a layer of heavy-duty foil should work well to cover you pan in the freezer. Just be sure to allow more room for the rolls to rise in the pan when they are thawing and remove the plastic wrap before baking!
