I found this method and am excited about trying and I have put them in the freezer after shaping into rolls....my question is what do I cover them with while in the freezer if I have put them in a 9 x 11 aluminum pan that I would like to cook them in....say would you cover them tightly with paper towels, a cloth, press-n-seal, wax paper, aluminum....you see where I am going? I am not sure what would work best here.....I am using my own recipe.....and it has milk, butter, sugar, and yeast and used bread flour because that is all I had but it was King Arthur......I added one more packet of yeast just to be sure.....thanks!!!!! I am sure it will be good either way....
