I've made this a couple of times and yesterday I was planning to make a double batch of the rolls to take to a family dinner gettogether. The first batch - the dough was so slack and sticky, that I couldn't handle the dough at all. So in desperation, I ended up dumping the dough into a pie pan and baked that way. The second batch, I didn't use the sprinkle and sweep method for the flour but scoop and sweep instead. And I just put everything into the bread machine instead of having the yeast sit for 15 min. It came out perfect for the rolls.
