I have had a passion for baking since I was big enough to reach the table standing on a chair with a tiny apron on so I could help. King Arthur Flour keeps my excitement about baking going. I have collected ancient cookbooks from both England and the U.S. for years. It's great when the books are well used and worn. I imagine what women who used these books lives were like when the books were new. Your history lessons are really something to look forward to. Thank you so much and Happy Anniversary!
