I just made these and they are YUMMY! However, they really are a pain to cut. I put them in the fridge overnight and they were still really sticky. I cooked them to 248 degrees. Should I have gone higher? I will make them again but ended up spooning them into the small rounds of parchment. I forgot the sea salt at the end as I am not sure it was in the printed recipe!
