No, we cannot all agree whole wheat is better than white flour. I am a kidney stone former and whole wheat is higher in oxalates (part of calcium oxalate stones).
Therefore, whole wheat can not be part of my diet and therefore myself and many kidney stone formers disagree with your introductory statement about "we can all agree"
Some may agree, other would refute your assertion.
