I just made this fudge this morning! I used half unsweetened 100% cocoa baking chips, and half semisweet chocolate chips since I don't like fudge to be too sweet. I also used sweetened condensed coconut milk. It turned out delicious! The only issue I had was that the fudge stuck to the pan when I tried to take it out and slice it, even though I buttered it, so next time I make this, I will definitely line the pan with parchment. It is still quite possibly the best candy I have ever made! Thanks so much for all of your recipes and blog posts!
