These recipes look fabulous, especially the muffins! I've never drained yogurt, but I've been making kefir at home for a while now. I have experimented with making cheese out of that, and the Wave might be exactly the tool I'm looking for to do that draining without the messy cheesecloth. Since kefir is also fermented like yogurt, I'm betting the liquid I drain off when making cheese will stand in perfectly for the yogurt whey. I've used the kefir itself as a buttermilk stand in with great results. Thanks for the tip! Kefir at home - haven't tried that, but now I will. Thanks for your feedback, Kari - PJH
