Some time back, you gave a formula for scaling a recipe. Since this recipe makes 8 buns -- and your USA pan holds 6 -- tell us how to scale the recipe to fit that pan! The quickest way to reduce the recipe is to reduce all ingredients by 1/4. That should give you sufficient dough for 6 buns. ~ MaryJane
