These are utterly delicious. I have to say that this blog post was essential -- I don't think I would have been as successful if I'd just followed the recipe without these details. Everyone at our Thanksgiving table kept raving about the rolls, and how fluffy they were.

I'm glad PJ Hamel flagged some details like the fact that the dough barely seems to rise for the first hour. Without that note, I would have been a little anxious. ;) Anyway, these are the best rolls BY FAR that I've ever made, and I'll make them a Thanksgiving staple from now on.
