(Don't know if anyone will see this, as it's so long after all these other posts, but it's worth a try!) I've just made these wonderful scones substituting the recommended butter/brown sugar/cinnamon mixture for the KAF Cinnamon Filling. Is there anything I could have done to prevent the filling from oozing out all over the pan? There's still enough inside for total yummy-ness, but they don't have that neat look yours do. Is there some trick to keeping a butter-&-sugar filling inside where it belongs?
