You'll need to increase this recipe by about 1.5x in order to have enough dough to fill your large loaf pan. It will likely take an additional 5-10 minutes to bake all the way through; we recommend testing for doneness using an instant-read thermometer (it should reach at least 195-200°F before it's removed from the oven).
