I first saw this recipe on Instagram @chefsusaninvt and immediately printed out the recipe to see if I had everything I needed to try it. Quick trip to the grocer and I made the dough. That was last night and this afternoon I did my first bake. I started out with the lower amount of salt, but for the next pan I have upped the salt to the 2 teaspoons. I didn't find the first pan that salty so I'm curious what difference the extra 1/4 tsp. might make. These are yummy and I'm already planning to bake them again to take to Thanksgiving next month!
