I love love love this recipe and so does everyone else whom I've given this too. I was wondering if I could prepare the batter the night before with the frozen blueberries and bake it off in the morning. Or would I need to freeze the batter to prevent the frozen blueberries from thawing out in the batter? Making the batter ahead of time should be fine here. ~Amy
