this looks great- AND I just invested in A KA baking stone and peel this week. Can I use my sourdough starter- perhaps using 3 cups- to represent 1 1/2 c water and 1 1/2 cup flour, and then adding the balance of the ingredients? Yes, you can try that - let us know how it works! PJH
