I tried this recipe yesterday and it came out well. I used a traditional panettone pan (and it was a bit dry and brown--but delicious anyway!). I'm trying again today and tinkering a bit with the bake time and temp. I have a question about the dough. It is sticky! What is the best thing to put on my hands to work with it? Oil? Water? Flour?
