I made these this morning and they turned out great! I actually used soy milk too and was a little worried, but the popovers puffed up and turned out beautifully. I followed the advice to use room temp/warm milk and eggs, and I also preheated my muffin tin. Success! Hooray for popovers that pop!! Thanks for sharing your success here with all of us - :) PJH
