This bread is fantastic. It is good with everything. I am still working on getting it to stay looking pretty as I move from my work surface to the bread stone. Any hints? Parchment. Shape right on parchment, pick up loaf/parchment with a big peel (or slide onto the back of a cookie sheet), and slide right onto the stone. No sticking, no pulling out of shape.
