Since then, he has worked in various capacities, joining King Arthur Baking Company in 2016 \u2014 first as a production bread and pastry baker, later joining the Baking Education Center in 2022.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EHe holds an ACF certification in pastry through The French Pastry School and a certification as an Artisan Bread Baker through the Bread Bakers Guild of America. His professional interests, though wide-ranging, include a special fondness for traditional and regionally specific breads and viennoiserie of France.
