In the Baking School she likes to focus her time on pastry, especially laminated dough and macarons. A native of Portland, Oregon, Megan got her start when her mother put her in 4-H baking in the third grade.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAfter graduating from Whitman College, Megan worked in the Portland bakery and restaurant scene for ten years before moving to Vermont in 2017. She loves the enjoyment that can come from baking, and from sharing delicious treats with others.
