In 2008, she competed for the United States at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, and has had the privilege of serving on the jury for several international baking competitions. She was inducted into the Elite de la Boulangerie Internationale to recognize her work promoting high artisan baking standards, as well as for fostering camaraderie throughout the baking world.
