Originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, she grew up learning how to make traditional Pennsylvania Dutch Fastnacht\u0027s every year for Shrove Tuesday \/ Mardi Gras; to this day, it is her favorite family recipe. Bethany\u2019s baking experience includes production baking, small \u201cmom \u0026amp; pop\u201d bakeries, and for a short time, ran her own small business making baked goods of all kinds.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EBethany loves baking for those who have special dietary needs, specifically gluten-free and keto.
